Thomas has over 8 years’ experience working as a Transportation Engineer. He has considerable experience in road safety engineering, preliminary and detailed design, preparing construction plans, cost estimating, peer reviews, safety audits, preparation of contract documents, project management, Engineers Representative, MSQA, and contract supervision. Thomas also has expertise in a range of software packages including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, CAS, and SIDRA.
