James is a lead designer, roading engineer, and construction site engineer at TES with over 18 years experience. James has substantial experience in transportation and roading engineering, including the design and safety of roads, cycleways, and bus infrastructure. He manages a wide range of transportation projects through all stages from feasibility stage through to construction.

He is technically skilled at contract procurement and construction supervision.  Also, he manages sub-contractors responsible for undertaking pavement design, structural design, topographical surveys, planning assessments and assessments of environmental effects.
